Abstract

The text analyzes the constitutional model of the Social Constitutionalism from the interpretation and of the message of the preambles. It has the cast of some preambles constitutional produced in century XX. The analysis allows the interpretation of predominant the constitutional ideology in century XX. It is possible to catch the main literal pointers of this constitutional ideology being taken as base the text of announcement of the Constitutions, the preamble.
