Abstract

The Right, as well as the Human Beings, had evolved, however, each day the social injustices increases, imposing the study of the Public Laws Evolution: of the Citizenship and the State. Therefore this was created to guarantee equal duties and public laws between citizens and members of the politic society, considering that, rights without duties are privilege, as well as, duties without rights are abuse, injustice, illegality, a public immorality, respectively.

Author Biography

Márcio Alexandre Silva Pinto, Universidade Federal de Uberlândia

possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (1991), mestrado em Direito Social pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1997) e doutorado em Direito Difuso pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2003). Atualmente é Diretor e docente da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), presidente de honra do Instituto Brasileiro de Direito e Defesa da Cidadania (IBDECID/Brasil). Tem experiência na área de Direito Público, com ênfase em DIREITO DA CIDADANIA, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: cidadania, direito coletivo e difuso, defesa da cidadania e direito do trabalho.
