Este artigo examina, nas Minas setecentistas, aspectos da profissão médica, a partir de questões apontadas pela documentação e referentes às especificidades, à dinâmica e aos conflitos presentes no exercício cotidiano da referida atividade.

ABSTRACT

This article examines aspects of physician in Minas Gerais in 18th century. It considers the points suggested by the documents and also the questions referring to the specificities, dynamic, and conflicts of this professional daily praxis.
