O campo e a cidade entre maneiras de viver e trabalhar

Resumo

O artigo trata de maneiras de viver e de trabalhar de pessoas residentes no Município de Santa Helena, região Oeste do Paraná, em sua relação com o campo e a cidade. A problemática central gira em torno dos significados que esses trabalhadores atribuem ao rural e ao urbano e às formas como eles vão constituindo, ao longo do período de 1960-2005, uma fronteira entre esses dois ambientes. Busca-se dessa forma, perceber como o lugar é construído a partir das vidas das pessoas e as formas como elas foram se relacionando com processos muitas vezes desencadeados por projetos vencedores que transformaram a sociedade local.

ABSTRACT

The essay discuss ways of life and work of persons that live in the Município de Santa Helena, West Paraná region, in their relationship with the country and the city. The central problem talks about the matters that this persons give to the rural and to the urban and the ways how they constituted, at the period of 1960-2005, a board into these two places. Look by this way, observe how the place is constructed starting from the lives of the persons e the ways that they were haves relationships with process many times carried by owners projects that changes the local society.
