Abstract

The object of this paper is to demonstrate the relevance of moral molestation in labor relations and the necessity of a federal law to offer major juridical protection to the workers. It is evident the great importance of the prevention and combat of this phenomenon, through the analysis of its historical context, as well as of its characteristics, species, damage and even the study of the fundamentals included in the juridical ordinations contradictory to this injury.
