The objective of this work is to propose practical-pedagogical suggestions using Windy in the teaching of Geographic Climatology for the content of the 6th grade of elementary school. The choice of the Windy program is due to its ease of access, free availability, as well as its rich exploratory potential of climatological information that can be integrated into Geography classes. The proposal is aimed at the 6th-grade class, given that the Geography curriculum for this audience includes content related to Climatology. The research adopts a qualitative approach. The methodological path included the following stages: a) bibliographic research; b) compilation and analysis of information from Windy and the National Curriculum Base (BNCC); c) synthesis of collected data and creation of figures and assessment activities. It can be inferred that this software can enhance a more effective and dynamic teaching-learning process of climatology contents, namely: Atmospheric Conditions; Climate Zones; Solar Radiation; Atmospheric Circulation System; Climatic Elements (air temperature, humidity, and pressure); Climatic Factors (latitude, altitude, maritime influence, relief, vegetation, and human impacts on climate).
