Reporting Guidelines

The Bioscience Journal strongly supports ICMJE recommendation regarding the use of guides and checklists for presenting health research results (Reporting Guidelines), and requires all health research submissions to follow specific guidelines for the study type, including but not limited to:

  • CONSORT for randomized clinical trials;
  • STROBE for observational studies;
  • PRISMA for systematic reviews;
  • PRISMA-ScR for scoping reviews;
  • STARD for diagnostic accuracy studies;
  • SRQR for qualitative research;
  • ARRIVE for preclinical animal studies.
