Globalização, relações interfirmas e trabalho no século XXI

Resumo

O objetivo do artigo é discutir o processo de globalização no âmbito da nova ordem do capital com especial atenção às estratégias de reestruturação produtiva dos setores econômicos, particularmente às relações interfirmas e os novos mecanismos de controle do capital sobre o trabalho. Parte-se do pressuposto que a globalização com, a aceleração dos processos de internacionalização e mundialização, inerentes ao capitalismo desde os séculos XV e XVI, assumem novos contornos no século XXI, inaugurando uma nova fase de acumulação do capitalismo. Nessa perspectiva, entende-se que a globalização não leva o Estado-Nação ao declínio, mas recria as relações de poder e equilíbrio de forças entre as esferas publica e privada, nacional e internacionalmente. ABSTRACT: The aim of this paper is to discuss the process of globalization in the new capitalist order with special attention to the strategies of productive restructuring of economic sectors, particularly to intercompany relationships and new mechanisms of control of capital over labor. It starts with the assumption that globalization, accelerating the process of internationalization and globalization, inherent in capitalism since the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, take on new contours in the twenty-first century, inaugurating a new phase of capitalist accumulation. From this perspective, it is understood that globalization does not lead the nation state to decline, but recreates the relations of power and balance of power between the public and private spheres, both nationally and internationally.
